AINTREES FACILITIES LTD keeps buildings running: cleaning, planned and reactive maintenance, grounds, compliance testing and a helpdesk, on one schedule and one report.
What we do
Aintrees looks after buildings. The work is ordinary and most of it is invisible: a floor cleaned before anyone arrives, a call point tested, a light that was replaced before it failed, a reading taken every month so that a boiler's decline shows up as a line rather than a breakdown.
What a client is actually buying is the record. Nobody can stand in every plant room, so the asset list, the planner, the round sheets and the monthly report have to be good enough to stand in for having been there. That is the part of this business we take most seriously.
How the work is organised
One survey produces an asset list. The asset list and the frequencies you agree become a planner. The planner produces rounds, the rounds produce sheets and faults, and the sheets and faults produce one monthly report. Each quarter we read the reports together and change the planner where the evidence says it is wrong.
Work that needs a certified or competent third party is arranged rather than pretended at, and the certificate is filed against the asset it belongs to.

There are no accreditation logos, no client names, no site counts, no staff numbers, no response times and no testimonials on this site. Every one of those is a claim, and a claim belongs here only with the evidence behind it. As each is supplied and checked, it will appear, with the certificate, the agreement or the figure it rests on.
