A site visit is a walk round the building with someone who will be looking after it. It takes about an hour, it costs nothing, and you keep the asset list at the end of it whether or not you use us.

What happens at a site visit?
We walk the building with you, list the assets and their condition, note what is already in place and who holds it, and ask how the building runs day to day. It takes about an hour in a small building. You keep the asset list afterwards, whether or not the work goes ahead.
Can we take one service rather than all of them?
Yes. Cleaning on its own is common, and so is compliance testing on its own. The planner and the monthly report work the same way whether they cover one service or six.
Do you publish response times?
Not on this site. Priorities and the response agreed against each are written into the contract for your building, because a time on a website is a promise made to everybody and kept for nobody. Ask for the priority schedule with your quote.
Do you carry out gas, lift and electrical work yourselves?
No. That work is carried out by certified or competent third parties. We arrange it, attend where access is needed, check the certificate against the asset and file it on the register so that it can be found later.
How do we raise a job once the work starts?
By phone or by email, to one number and one address. The job is logged with a reference and a priority, and it appears on the monthly report until it is closed. There is no portal to log into.
What happens to the details we send through this form?
They are used to answer the enquiry and for nothing else. They are not sold, not added to a mailing list and not passed to anyone outside the company. The privacy notice sets out how long they are kept and how to have them deleted.
